back to work

My hundreds of followers (oh well, my dozen) may have noticed that I've changed my skin. Actually it's back to what I started with, bold and black. So as summer wanes and the rentrée looms for scholars and workers alike, I hope to be back up to full blogging speed very shortly. I need a 'remake' myself; summer has left me a little 'softer' round the edges so it's a healthy month ahead (definitely needed after this week of socialising) and hopefully I'll be trimmer and fitter before we hit the winter 'stodge' diet, designed for warmth rather than health.

Now it's working!
Back to black?
You are not the only one that has gone "soft around the edges" (wonderful expression!)
I have been working hard to reduce my edges this weekend...

any tips then? I'm certainly the wrong side of forty to make any regime easy, lol

anyway, the amount you do i really can't see you having a problem keeping trim!

Both myself and my horse are a little cuddlier than we were at the height of summer. In our case we're preparing for winter and all the cold it brings. A poor excuse but the only I have at present! A Healthy September sounds like a great idea:D

Up and down ladders trying to get stables stripped and painted while weather is dry. Three barrows of poo taken out of the field and that is just over 24 hours! Three dogs to exercise (2 border collies and 1 Lab) and two neds to ride. That keeps me out of trouble. Anyway Trudi, can't really believe you're not slim and trim with all that work you and Patrick are doing around the property!

September tomorrow. Keep fingers crossed that we actually do get our new manege.... Please!

P.S. interesting new format. For any reason or is it just the need to 'remake'? Might take me a time to get used to the black. But keep blogging; great to have news and info so instant!
